Join our Community

Focus on your flow in class for a better quality of life outside of class. You will set goals that meet your needs in a supportive community. Whether your goals are to increase cardio health, tone muscles, prevent injury, or just fun mindful movement, there is a space for you.

  • MONDAYS 6:15-7:15 PM

  • FRIDAYS 5:30-6:30 PM

  • SATURDAYS 9:00-10:00 AM

  • Virtual classes on band free for members

  • Schedule may vary slightly month to month. Members have ongoing access to the live schedule in the Band app.

  • Drop-in students book a class and then choose a date that works best from the current schedule. These classes function as a single class pass and may be used for any scheduled class.
