Meet the Instructor & Founder, Myesha Jenkins
Myesha is the founder of Whole Flow Fitness and a certified fitness instructor since 2022. A lifelong lover of movement and dance, she enjoys creating classes that invite people to explore what their bodies can do in new and creative ways.
As both an educator and movement instructor, Myesha blends strength, mobility, and dance-inspired flow to help people build awareness of the mind–body connection. Her classes are designed to be welcoming, energizing, and playful—encouraging participants to move with curiosity, confidence, and joy.
Through Whole Flow Fitness, Myesha fosters a supportive community where people of all fitness levels can grow stronger, improve mobility, and reconnect with the natural joy of movement. She believes every body is beautiful and capable, and that movement helps us better understand ourselves and how we move through the world.
Our Story
Whole Flow Fitness began in January 2026 with the intention of building a welcoming community rooted in movement and awareness. It’s a space for people who are seeking consistent practice, supportive connection, and the opportunity to explore how movement can strengthen the body and nurture the mind.
