Meet Myesha
Myesha is the founder of Whole Flow Fitness and a certified fitness instructor since 2022. A lifelong lover of movement and dance, she creates welcoming classes that blend strength, mobility, and joyful flow. Her goal is to help people build confidence, awareness, and connection with their bodies through movement.
Community Classes
You can experience Whole Flow Fitness classes for free on Mondays through a partnership with Snellville Performing Arts.
